A plethora of pink!

It's no secret that pink is just about my favourite colour so I really enjoyed making this card. It was made for a couple of challenges, one of which was to make a 4" x 9.25" card. This just about makes it size-wise but the challenge for me here was getting the papers cut properly. I'm sure there was an easier way, probably something mathematical but my brain doesn't think like that! I got there in the end but will ask OH the easiest way next time I decide to do papers like this!

I used a die cut decoupage pyramid stacker thingy for the first time, not sure if I'm into it, it's very cute and the perfect colour but not really my thing. Good job I only bought one sheet! Still, it's always good to try something new.

Recipe:
Both DPs printed on my computer:
Plaid paper from Monti's Pixel Playground
Spotty paper from Summer Driggs
Die cut decoupage is a Paws-Fur-A-Moment one, sentiment was included on the sheet
White card for mats from stash
Kanban Bling pink adhesive gems from Joanna Sheen

I'd like to enter this card into the following:
Meljens Design DT #16 - Long or Tall
Charisma Cardz #28 - Pink
Shellys Images TTT Challenge Lots of layers
The Crafty Pad #80 - Photo Inspiration - inspired me to use pink
Stampacular Sunday #68 - Ice Cream colours (strawberry of course!)
