Dark blue pearlescent card for mats from stash
Light blue pearlescent card is from stash and has been Cuttlebugged with Snowflakes embossing folder
Image is Snowflake Tree from The Stamping Boutique, coloured with Promarkers and I have added Ultra Fine Crystal glitter to the snowflakes
Scalloped circles cut with Nellie Snellen multiframe round die

Lovely card - the shade of blue is perfect for a snowy card. I love the tree image you have used as well and the embossing!
